Was that a fax?
No, it was a snail mail letter. We got the same thing via e-mail from either NATO or our booker, not sure which, a couple of days previous.

So, we haven't gotten one of these. Mike, might it be because you're fairly off the beaten path? Has anyone else gotten such a letter?

They could be sending this just to people in smaller towns where there isn't a DHL depot, or something.

Anyway today we got another letter saying that all "in care of" and "key" services would end in July. All pickups and deliveries have to happen at the theatre. This will be a major pain in the butt for small places, most of which are owned by people like myself who have ANOTHER JOB and can't sit at the theatre for two hours waiting for a delivery.

Every single delivery we've had in the past 29 years has been to my day job, which is a block and a half from the theatre....I don't understand why they can't just keep doing that. (Actually they probably CAN.)

I think what I'm going to do is tell them the theatre's "business office" is at my day job (which is true, sort of) and give them that delivery address.

We received the same letter via fax.

Edited to clarify:

We received the letter regarding using the same delivery service that handles Deluxe deliveries, not about the "in care of" service.
