Registered: Dec 1999 posted 07-10-2009 05:34 AM                     We charge $12 dollars for an adult ticket and $15 for 3D. We are the cheapest cinema in Sydney and one of the last truly independent cinemas. We had a lady from there tonight who thought our prices were too high compared to Douglas. But I disagree with Bobby - they're not going to go up to $15 or $20 anytime soon. But the difference between NYC and most other places is that in most theaters, at least in Manhattan, all shows are priced the same. I can see a change where weekend and night shows are priced higher. I've been seeing movies during weekdays and the theaters are pretty much empty, even during the 1st or 2nd week of a big movie.  |  IP: Logged
