I'm with Scott on that. Anytime we had vid stores that had "guaranteed in-stock" bits would give us a free rental to use anytime rather than one that needs to be used in a couple days.

You are getting way to detailed about a compensation plan that will rarely be exercised. Marcus managers have common sense, so if there was a situation where a customer could not make it back, I'm sure they would be taken care of.
