We always do a 99% cleanup including sweeping and mopping between shows and we only schedule 25-35 minutes between shows. I don't see it any worse though than the people waiting outside the door for us to open for the evening though. I do believe that we are the exception rather than the rule though as other small theatre owners I've spoken to don't clean at all except popcorn buckets and have a cleaning crew come in the morning. With rare exceptions, no advance tickets. On nights when we have a second show, the second show starts 45 minutes to an hour after the first one ends. 15-30 minutes of cleaning time, then 30 minutes to sell tickets and concessions. That even gives us time to spot-mop if we need to. Since we only have 4-6 shows a weekend, our schedule can be flexible like that.  |  IP: Logged
