The worst part of it is, it doesn't matter how the test goes, they're going to keep doing it anyways. Some sick part of me does think "screw the window, let EVERYONE compete" but that's sure to either kill the industry or devalue it even more until theaters are basically compartmentalized bars or things will get REALLY gimmicky like "SmartPhone Theaters" where a bunch of people gather to watch the same movie on hundreds of different screens all in the same only slightly dark room... with a $3 surcharge for the phone chargers of course.
