I believe its locations that are being talked about, not the number of screens.

When AMC bought the Rave Cinemas building back in January 2013, it took about nine months to get the Rave exterior signage taken down and the AMC exterior signage put up... but it would have happened in two months, if it wasn't for the Brentwood City Council having a stick up their @$$ about the size of the signage.
