I had the same thought. Not surprised they couldn't do much damage once the project and rectifier were removed.

Kinda went through the second clip. They actually do throw the xenon lamp to the ground to watch it blow up in slo-mo. And science guy gives a talk on how dangerous it is and the printed trivia about the projectionist wearing kevlar vest for handling bulbs (though science guy and demo boys wear no protection. I guess they think projectionists are pussies).

There appears to be a strip of film fluttering from either the projector or the console when it goes out the window.

OK first off I have not read any of your comments yet. I am going to write this as I watch it.

-OK the ACTUAL video doesn't even begin until 1 minute and 30 seconds in. Everything up to that point is showing me scenes from the episode I'm already watching. WHO CARES? God I hate shit like this. It seems like most TV shows do it. I honesty at this point feel that there is no need to watch the rest of the show, but I guess I will just so you guys can bask in the glory that is my awful commentary. PS - Fuck this show.

-This theater is awful. First words in the door "Wow this is a nice place!" I hate these guys already.

-Why is one of the brothers around 35 years old, and the other like 70?

-Why is there still food in this theater? Dude flaunts his "tude" by shoving some popcorn in his face and expounds "Mmm that's good!" I'm pretty sure they brought in fresh food for this episode. This makes the episode better I guess?

-India has the most movie goers in the world? This is important to this episode WHY?

-I'm amazed that little chair went through the window in one piece. I would have thought the window would win that battle. I smell shenanigans.

-LOL they couldn't even have real movie names? Is that seriously a cause for concern in a production like this? I ask because I honestly don't know.

-What the hell is Co-axel? Does he mean coaxial?

-How did they measure the PSI of his back spin kick?

-Now they're giving me facts about tomato sauce.

-This whole show smells of shenanigans.

-OK WHAT. THE. HELL??? SERIOUSLY. The motor for "the reel" is in the... the LAMPHOUSE? There's nothing in there that could even be construed... fgjurefdyjchjfdhjfgdfdgh!!!!!!!

-They even have something threaded up (using that term loosely) to a platter so they should know that "the reel" isn't in the lamphouse. I jfhuklkfhir!!

-Xenon bulbs are so dangerous that projectionists wear KEVLAR SUITS to handle them???? Damn. We need some legislation passed about xenon bulbs.

-No they did NOT just shake that Simplex off of that lamphouse. Somehow even the changeover cable is cleanly disconnected from the automation. Shenanigans! Shenanigans!

-Wait... was there film in it when it landed? Because there sure wasn't when they wiggled it off of the lamphouse. And seriosuly those projectors are NOT as heavy as they are making them out to be. Light? Certainly not, but one buff 35 year-old and a buff 70 year-old wouldn't be struggling so much with it.

-"That's a whole lotta camera!" How would you like a whole lotta my fist in your face?

-Alright now for the projector body. Err I mean lamphouse. I highly doubt that wall is anything even resembling soundproof.

-The whole wall-bashing was shenanigans.

-That lamphouse clearly didn't even have a rectifier in it. Not impressed.

-The zip line stunt was the most real thing in the entire show.

I'm guessing this show didn't last long. I'm sure it was on UPN. Anyway now I'm gonna read all your comments. Hopefully you all called out all this and maybe even more.

also missing are the drive motor and reel arms! pretty cheesey! sad to see them destroy a classic Manley Vista-pop machine too!

Are you talking about the intro which is like a trailer for the show where they keep showing the same thing again and again? The proper term for that is: Bullshit.
