In the bottom of the machine there is a forced hot air blower that dries out the popcorn", but hers (served the way she demanded) didn't get the chance to dry out. When I have guests over for movie night I pop the popcorn hours before they arrive and put it in the oven on warm until its movie time. Otherwise its chewy as said. I need to get a popper at home that has a proper warming tray. Mine just has a heat lamp.  |  IP: Logged
