Just installed my Viking AR-1 Automated Receptionist. I noticed that you have an option to ring through to a connected phone so you could use it as a box office phone too. This unit is well worth the $200 investment. Lots of message time & can be remotely recorded. Plus it requires only 1 line as my old one required 2. Plays just a little bit high toned & scratchy but acceptable. My audience must have their movie times phone message. I get all kinds of flak if it's not working or outdated.
