Mike,

You know when you reach 100 post's you will be appointed Head Projectionist and your salary will be cut in half. Not only that but you get to eat all the popcorn your pick up off the auditorium floor, at half price.

Okay. I gave you guys 10 days to bump this before I stole another post count. Mabey we would be more on top of it if we made this a game. So without further ado, I, Mike Olpin, the SuPeR GeNiuS, present:

THE OFFICIAL FILM-TECH "I POST WHATEVER THE LAST PERSON TO POST WANTS ME TO" GAME

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!!

Everytime this thread drops beyond the first page or so, someone must make a post. But in that post they dictate what the next post must be about. For instance i'm going to make "Penut Butter" the topic of the next post. Whoever bumps this topic up must make a statement/comment/joke/whatever regarding penut butter. After they do that, they may dictate the subject for the next post. The BIGGEST RULE is not to post unless this topic needs a bump. That way this thread won't go crazy like most of the other games here. Sound Fun? OK. Here we go...

THE TOPIC IS "PENUT BUTTER"

A man was out walking his dog and stood in front of a bar. He really wanted a cool beer, but was sure that they don't allow pets into the establishment. He thought quickly and put on his sunglasses. He and his dog proceeded into the bar when the bartender yells out "We don't allow dogs in here!"

"That's okay," said the man,"This is my seeing-eye dog. I'm blind, as you can see."

"Seeing-eye dog? That ain't no seeing-eye dog... That's a chihuahua"

The man stiffens up and responds...

"WHAT!?!?! THEY GAVE ME A CHIHUAHUA?!?!?"

When I look at a STOP SIGN, I admire the way those four letters fit atop the lovely red background bordered by a white strip depicting an octagonal shape. Sometimes, I wonder if they could put in words like FREEZE or DECCELLERATE TO A COMPLETE STAND-STILL. Then

BAM!!!!!!!!!!!

I get hit on the driver's side and rush to the hospital... Did you know there are 20 flourescent lights on the ceiling from the emergency entrance to the operating room?

I know, dumb, but it didn't really have to be THAT funny.

So Bob, what's a martini go for in Manhattan these days? The Belagio here is charging $11.00 for one now.

Set power, airspeed's alive, 80 knots, V1, rotate, positive rate, gear up, flaps up, shut up!

Paul,

most of the local bars and restaurants charge $8.00 for the world's most delicious drink. In some of the fancier spots they charge $10.00.

I am cheating again but only because I have a really good reply...

If it used to be a USA Cinema then it is 2ft by 2 ft. (People from Boston will know what I mean) and all 430 seats are 5 to a row and go 85 rows back

Topic: Guess the Screen Size in my Largest Auditorium.

Answer: Pretty Damn Large... you didn't expect a real answer, did you?

Back to the top... and for those new Film-Techers, go to the first page of this topic and read the FILM-TECH FORUM RULES for BOB MAAR'S JOKE-A-THON. And then go and post some jokes of your own. Maybe you can try to be funnier than the man himself, BOB MAAR. Or maybe not.
