Sound as if you guys have the laser printer cartridge refilling under control, more or less. A good friend of mine runs a cartridge refilling and general service business for laser printers and does excellent work. I usually get about 6000 pages out of a cartridge for my HP Laserjet-4, more or less and he installs a newly recoated drum each time. He does many carts that arrive/depart via UPS.From what I have learned about the insides of these critters, am disinclined to recommend that anyone try to reload their own. Quite a variety of gotchas. Replacing a xenon bullub is much simpler. But on the plus side, laser carts don't blow up.
