There's a shot at the end of "Sid and Nancy" which features the WTC twin towers quite clearly.... (Just saw this at a midnight show over the weekend.)

The towers are framed in the center of the screen during the opening credits for Crocodile Dundee II after he gets busted for fishing with dynamite by the NYPD.
