Brad, I know this has been brought up before but we really need to have our own awards. Here I how I suggest this... We have the best AND the worst awards, various categories. All those that are registered members for at least say since at least december 31st, 2000, making sure that only active members for at least a year get to vote, and they must have a picture posted or no votes. Two rounds, first round, nominations. Each eligible voter gets to choose any films from each category for best and worst, say three to five each. Then the second round would be the actual vote on the top three to five from each category. Then on oscar night, as each category is announced, we can have a chat on line announcing the winners in tandem. I would be happy to organize and run it, as I have plenty of free time right now. Dave If we do this, I would have to remain impartial, so I cant tell you that the best picture was Moulin Rouge. What does we alls thinks of thiss.
