Dont discount Toby McGuire as Spiderman just yet. Remember there was a major ferver about casting Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, but then fears were quelled when the finished product hit the street. Sometimes artistic interpretation has to take a few liberties with the source material to tell the story on screen properly. Sure it wont match exactly, but lets wait and see here.

Plus with X-Men, you had a fantastic director in Brian Singer, and with Spiderman, you have an equally talented director in Sam Raimi, if anyone can do it there he is definately one of them. So far test audiences are giving amazing reviews, so the possibility of a decent film is rising.

As for Jamie Foxx in anything? This guy is a no talent bum, a rich one, but no talent. I TRIED to watch his HBO stand up routine, and it just seems so forced, as does his acting.

When I heard Hugh Jackman was cast as Wolverine, I thought You gotta be kidding! Well, he was excellent in that role (and you'd never know it's the same guy who played the lead in Kate & Leopold, in which he was also excellent). I suspect Toby McGuire will be the same story. I'm really looking forward to Spiderman's release.

Yeah, I think Maguire will work in Spiderman for the same reasons that Keaton worked in Batman (and also Chris Reeve in the Superman movies). They don't seem like superheroes in their "normal" looks.

Another round of Charlie's Angels? Cool!

Brad also will be pleased to know that there will be another edition of The Fast and the Furious.

Ok, I know someone who is obsessed with Spiderman, I MEAN OBSESSED! He said that spiderman (When he's human) is not supposed to look athletic or tough, I guess he is actually supposed to be quite geeky.

*I know nothing about spiderman, X-MEN I can talk ~ but no spiderman.
