Happy Birthday, Joe!

You ARE a classic...each and every post of yours simply cracks me up, and often hysterically.

I remember being 29 - that was 3 years ago...almost. (my birthday was on the 15th!).

Stay tight, yo.

Joe,

Happy Birthday!

Just remember that no one over the age of 30 should have a job that requires him to wear a nametag.

...and happy birthday from another 29 year-old: in my case the event was on 18 June which, for history buffs among you (think 1814) might explain why I dislike the European Union so much!

That having been said, Napoléon is still one of my favourite films...

Happy Birthday, Joe. At least you're still in your twenties. I vaguely remember turning 29 back in 1996.

I spent my birthday at the fabulous Madstone Tamarac 6 movie theater complex fixing a bad xenon power supply, pasting back together a movie someone chopped up due to a brainwrap (using real Elmer's Glue!), and attempting to hunt down the cause of the Dolby CP50 which likes to switch into non-sync every 45 minutes, probably due to a faulty power supply.

I thought you quit show business. No?

Well, that's certainly a...um...productive way to spend a birthday...

Actually, I'd like to hear more about the Elmer's glue. How does that figure into that equation?

And what's up with the CP-50? I didn't know they could switch by themselves...Don't they have those big, ugly push-button switches?

That's exactly what I did on my last birthday.

You just couldn't share 28 with me, could you? You had to go and turn 29. Damn it! You do this every year! Anyway, Happy Birthday for yesterday, Joe. Hope you spend this year doing some real living before it's all over.
