Hey Bill, I know it is cheesy, but I have to tell you that one of my best friends in the world was Ron Gabel. He hailed from Illinois, and was originally named "Jeffrey", but they changed their name in honor of his stepfather. We did a lot of things togethe including the vast majority of my photography. I'm sure you're no relation, but just wanted to point out I knew another "film handler" named "Gabel"!
