A Mini looks like a large sedan compared to that little four-wheeled transportation module! Functionally, the Smart seems to be just a JC Whitney rice racer style re-body of an Isetta. http://home.earthlink.net/~isetta/ Which should be the official Ian-car, except that it probably could not move away from a full stop if Ian were within.
