I think it crept down to 18° here last night.
I woke up with frostbitten cheeks. I guess that's what I get for passing out outside in the yard....

Bad Crown Royal.. Bad Crown Royal..

Michael... Yes we have cinemas here, but they melt in the summer and we have to rebuild every year. [Roll Eyes]

It's about -8 F currently in Fairbanks. Last week it got down to -35 F and the wind blowing with gusts of up to 30 mph.

I don't know what that makes it tempature wise with the windchill. But it was VERRRY cold.

I have see tempatures in Fairbanks from -65F with out windchill factor included and up to 102 F.

Last week it went from -20 F to +25 F in 12 hours. Weather is very weird here.

I had seen Mr Lott before, but I thought AK was Arkansas! We learn something new every day.

Our low temperature these past week has hovered at a low of 64 degrees and our high has been around 70 here in Hawaii. Although we had a lot of rain for over a week after Christmas, the weather this past week was just gorgeous!

(With apologies to Joshua Lott)

Don't feel bad Mike, I thought that too....

I would have thought Alaska would be AA or something like that. [Razz]

The weather in Maine certainly can be wacky as well.

Just an hour ago I was standing outside with my little brother, waiting for the schoolbus to pick him up, it was snowing lightly, and the sun was out enough & bright enough that I felt compelled to wear my sunglasses!

Temperature is hovering around 16°F - which is noticably warmer than it has been for the past few days.

One thing that was kinda neat - near the WSW horizon - I could still faintly see the moon in the sky. [Smile]

It got down to about 50 degress in my house this morning. I ran out of heating fuel. UHHHHH

I had to make an emergency run to the gas station at 530am.

Phil,

No need to apologize. It is a common misconception that AK is Arkansas.

AA? Do you think that EVERYONE up here wants to be in some support group? [Big Grin] Jeez you act like there is nothing to do but drink. [Roll Eyes]

[Wink] We also enjoy other activities [sex]

So, I've heard that in Alaska, the men outnumber the women, 8 to 1. Is this true?

I don't think the numbers have ever been that high...

According to the census females make up about 48.3 % of the population. Where as the national average is 50.9 % .

But the as the saying goes... you don't loose your girlfriend you loose your turn. [Roll Eyes]

Hey you guys....

When I left Fargo, North Dakota last week, it was 18 degrees BELOW ZERO! In Mindrot, North Dakota and some spots in Northern Montana, it was 27 degrees BELOW ZERO! [Big Grin]

The train I was riding had to borrow a freight locomotive because our lead locomotive broke down from the cold. [uhoh]

The rails were so brittle we could not exceed 65mph without fear of the train damaging the rails. [Razz]

You folks on the East Coast enjoyed a balmy "0" degrees. [Razz]

Today in the wonderful Pacific Northwst, we had a beautiful 56 degrees! (Short sleeve shirt day) [Smile]

Gosh Paul! You must have been there during cold hell!

I was in Fargo last weekend/yesterday and it was about +28.

When I got back here to Hollywood today, it was a beautiful 78 degrees....

Seeing as how I joined this late as usual, I'll jump right in....

quote:
*hint for Josh: to understand this joke, you have to look up what manually means.

Allright fuckface, I've had enough.....

Do you mean to imply that I have to manually kick that ugly ass block of shit you call a head out of your ass so you can see what kind of a lowlife shit you really are?

We're fresh out of southern comforts, but have an abundance of kick ass...

Currently it is 8 ABOVE, however still enough to freeze at least an acre or two of Schaffer's ass.

Mr. Schaffer, please take your reply off-forum via email or PM. Normally I would not permit such a post to stand, but some of your selected "humor" on and off of the forum (mostly off) certainly warranted that.

Further replies, please get back to the topic of ass freezing.
