I must be the only person who is unfamiliar with this practice. I've not seen any evidence of it at any place where I have worked or on prints that arrive from other theatres. Weird.

I usually just do something like "A Clockwork Orange - flat/1.66 - mono" and leave it at that. Boring, but effective.
