I can find, probably, hundreds of silly photos like those. I suppose, with the combined efforts of others we could find, make or create (with Photoshop, etc.) just about any picture imaginable.
If people whine about having animal pictures put next to their names I propose we use movie star pictures. At first, a picture of Clint Eastwood (High Plains Drifter) or Sean Connery (James Bond) might appear. As time goes by, the picture would change. Maybe it could be John Travolta (Saturday Night Fever), etc.
As time goes by, the picture would change to something worse until, finally it changes to something like:
