Political comments removed by Admin. I'll leave it at that so the old coots don't jump down my throat! [Wink]

But I had no idea he starred in a film with George W. Bonzo! Hard to imagine that Bush was ever that young... [Big Grin]

I never thought he'd be elected Governor of California let alone President.

Democrat/Republican/Liberal/Conservative, what does it matter? He was President of the United States, and we have had only 43 of them in our history.

Time to set poltics aside and honor the man and his office. Interestingly, that's what Reagan and Tip O'Neill used to do. They set politics aside after 6PM and enjoyed each other's company.

Rest in Peace, Mr. President.

His family has handled this with grace. Nancy Reagan, no matter what one thinks of her, has been very classy in this whole ordeal.

Political comments removed by Admin. And I hope that he gets his respect when time comes to honor the dead at next year's oscars.

As an actor, well, let's be charitable and say that there have been much worse out there.

I must say that the Kitty Kelley book Nancy Reagan was quite an enjoyable read, especially the part where she called up the late Frank Casey, Warner Bros.' legendary Chicago publicist (someone I actually knew) to complain that Warners hadn't renewed Reagan's contract. Nowadays I give her credit for going against the conservative tide regarding stell cell research.

Hey guys and gals, it might be noteworthy that 71% of population thought he was an excellent president.

Seems we are forgetting one thing....no matter who you try to please, someone won't like it.

Just because you personally don't like someone does not justify that everybody should dislike that person.

That's the way it is.....

I am certain I will receive some flack on this, but that's just tough! See if I care. [Mad]

If some of you think I won't stand up for what I believe in, you read me wrong and you are certainly entitled to another guess. I don't care who you are. He was a human being that put his pants on just like everyone else usually does...One leg at a time.
