Given that personal debt is at record levels and the average property now costs almost six times the average income (they say that the maximum long-term sustainable level is around three times), that prospect is looking ever more likely, IMHO. Of course just about everyting's been re-dong since then, and we've added a pool, a film library, and a screening room. Starter home in a less than perfect subdivision of 151 homes. Many of which, much to my dismay, are rentals. I see now why people have a general dislike for renters... :rolleys: This is prior to to the large pine being removed, as well as the shrubbery/plants near the front of the house. Now, if I'd just be able to find the time, money and motivation to finish the plant bed (for three sago palms and soem annuals/perennials), I'd be set!  |  IP: Logged Don Sneed Master Film Handler Posts: 451 From: Texas City, TX, USA Registered: Aug 2001 posted 06-23-2004 02:35 AM                        Being a cinema tech & live in hotels most of the year that would vary...but talking about my actual home, started building new in April 2003, finish & move into Decemeber 2003.
