I was doing a little more research about this on the internet (wasting more time on this than I probably should). In some obscure forum, there was someone saying this video was shot by where he lives. And his profile said New York. Of course he didn't list the name of the theater, nor did the forum go on to discuss the shoot location. It was mostly people talking about how cool she is.
