Depending on the form factor, maybe you can gut the machine and put a more recent mainboard and components into the old chassis? Then it would run better, and everyone would still be happy.

I have thought about that... i am also looking into that, if at all possible i will do it.. but we will see...

i have a lot of old computer equipment lying around.. old habit of the trade....
