Jon,
Sorta' reminds me of Burt Reynolds in Semi Tough.
There have been versions of "Magic Cone" on the market, in one for or another, for at least 100 years. It's nothing new. It's just that, until now, there has't been the technology to distribute distrubing images of such a product to millions of people worldwide via the internet.

Women accuse MEN of having bad aim. Right?! If these things proliferate, I would say that the conditions of womens' restrooms would DETERIORATE rather quickly. Men, wheter claims of poor aim are founded or not, have been having to set their sights on the pissoir for their entire lives. Womens' sense of aim will be poorly developed. There will be a lot more "collateral damage". MORE women will be tempted to hover over the toilet. Collateral damage will increase exponentially from there on!
This could be prevented if you take Justin's suggestion of putting urinals in the womens' rooms as well but that would increase construction costs. Basically, no matter how you slice it, cost will increase. Cost of installing new fixtures and keeping them clean and in working order... OR... Cost of keeping urine-soaked toilet seats clean, lest you cause women to shit and piss all over the floor, thus FURTHER increasing cleaning costs.
Another thing: If you put urinals in the Womens' rest rooms how am I supposed to know if I found my way to the right gender bathroom when I go out and get piss-drunk? That's one of my two biggest clues to making sure I don't get all liquored up and walk in on some woman in the rest room as I stumble in to take a leak... What color are the walls? AND Are there urinals in here? If the walls are pink or red, or if they have "girly" designs I have a clue that I'm in the wrong place. If they are blue or green, I know I'm likely to be in the clear. If I can't tell by the decor it will be patently obvious that I'm in the right place if there is a urinal.
Trust me... It's not a pretty scene when some drunk asshole stumbles into the wrong shitter!... Screaming... Yelling... No fun!
