Per: It is about 3 hours from Berlin, but so far I have only passed by the Brocken on the freeway ("Autobahn"), never visited any of the conventions there. The FP30D thing is not a psychic prediction either. It comes from 20 years of experience with the brand.

Brad asked: "When will movies be good again?" Well, that#s a far more difficult question to answer than, for instance, predicting the Mega Million numbers. But I think we will have to wait quite a while until we get a higher density of great new releases. All the established directors in action right now are pretty much burned out, repeating themselves. What we would need is a new generation of film makers who try new things.
