No I'm not. You know very, very little about NTSC it seems. Download the file. Look at it's info by pressing Apple + i on a Mac, or Control + i on Windows. You'll see that it is indeed 60fps (or 59.94 to be precise). Now go to a part of the Quicktime where something is giving a lot of motion. The first frame of :15 is a good place, as the people are walking in to the theater. Now tap the right arrow on your keyboard to make it advance one frame. Do it again. You'll see that each frame is NOT duplicated or interpolated, but it's own unique image. Count the number of arrow taps to go from the first frame of :15 to the first frame of :16. 60! Amazing, eh? Each NTSC field is its own frame in the Quicktime. Registered: Jun 2003 posted 07-03-2005 06:11 AM                     Without wishing to start a "my OS is better than yours" war, I will say if you aren't keen on having umpteen different movie players on your PC (Win XP), then VideoLAN plays Joe's QT file (and many other video formats) with the minimum of fuss. All you need is Windows Media Player and Quicktime. Real Media is, for all intents and purposes, obsolete (and a piss-poor format).
