Great interview, Michael.

I hope the word gets out about this. It seems to me that A-list directors have been calling the shots for a long time - if they really wanted to shoot in 65mm, the studios would let them.

I was surprised to read that some shots in the Prestige were shot in 65mm. Didn't know that before reading the article.

Thanks, everyone, for the positive feedback!

A quick update:

1) A couple of behind-the-scenes production shots have been added to the article.

2) I revised the passage regarding Bradford's National Media Museum and its location in relation to London. I never imagined that bit would cause such a reaction! Originally, Bennett said "outside London" which, while correct, I realized was misleading so I editorially added (hence the brackets) the actual name and location of the museum. Now, for greater clarity(?) I've kept the bracketed text but have deleted the reference to London.

3) Mr. Bennett has informed me that the demo is scheduled to be screened on June 21 at UCLA (at the James Bridges Theatre in Melnitz Hall).
