I pressed the BACK button and hit add reply again and it went through just fine. EDIT: Just happened again with this post!! EDIT2: The forum doesn't seem to have registered this new post. This thread has NOT bumped to the top. What I don't get is why the message for posting about feature info and trailers pops up when it is a completely different forum. Yet if I click on that section and enter it, I am shown one thread with several new posts since I last visited.
