Here are a couple more that I think are car-themed and/or good songs in their own right. Queen's "I'm In Love With My Car" (from "A Night At The Opera," 1975) Rush's "Red Barchetta" (from "Moving Pictures," 1981) John Fogerty's "Hot Rod Heart" (from "Moon Swamp," 1997) And...when I think of car crashes and demolition, I think of the instrumental piece used during the mall sequence in "The Blues Brothers" (1980). Crackin' Up: Nick Lowe.
