Just because a system or piece of equipment is the cheapest, or sells the most, in no way makes it the best or proper solution. The idea that your KDM's are becoming operational 30 minutes before a show is pathetic. Get whomever is doing this to come out and see you sweating on the key to open and see if it works while 1200 people are waiting for the show.
