I have here a Kollmorgen cinemascope adapter (type KA298) and a B&L Super Cinephor prime lens, which I was planning to use for my home setup. The odd thing is that the screw thread on the scope lens is slightly different from the one on the B&L. Why is this? Is there some sort of adapter ring that I can get for this purpose, or do I need to find a Kollmorgen prime lens somewhere? Thanks for any and all help...

Kollmorgen used a diffrent thread standard than B&L I think projection optics did as well
