Dear Mr. Layton:Unfortunately my busy schedule did not allow me to complete my product reviews in a timely fashion. Rest assured that I am looking into the matter and hope to soon have the situation completely resolved. In the meantime, I recommend that you read past reviews again and again so as not to get withdrawals.
