Can anyone please mail me the software for the cp500 (load and the latest update?)
Because on the equipment manuals downloads it doesn't seems to work.

That should be working today. We are currently in the process of moving all of our manual files to a new server which will greatly increase download speed and the download availability will be bumpy over the next week due to this.Give it another shot today.
