I have just aquired a module with a CAT# 114. It has a computer style power input, and a single molded plug as an output. The wire colors are as follows:Red
Blue
Green
Yellow
Since WebTV cant handle the manual section of Film-Tech, can someone tell me what the output voltages should be on this unit? The serial # is 1024, and it was made in England. It runs at either 115v, or 230v, 50-60 cycles. What does this bad boy go with? AND if it works, is anybody interested in it?
None of the fuses are blown...

That is a power supply for a CP-50.Outputs:
Red +24VDC
BLU +12VDC
GRN Ground
YEL -12VDC

Yep, it's a CP-50 power supply. It might work on a CP-100, too, but I've only seen one CP-100 in my life, so I can't be sure.
Those suckers are $400 if purchased brand-new, so you might try putting it in the "for sale" section here. I bet that you'll find someone who needs one.
FYI, those things also take funky European-size fuses. Good luck finding those at your local Radio Shack.

Glad the fuses are good. 
Believe it or not, I went by where they are tearing down a duplex theater (that in its day had the best screen in town.) There were people removing the last of the consession stuff. The booth left long ago. I saw a red box in the trashcan, saw the dolby logo, asked if I could have it (yes) and walked out the door. There was nothing else electric left, so I left.
I figured that it was expensive when I took the cover off of it. Nice work inside...

No, CP100 and CP50 are not the same, they use a different power supply, the Cp100 is not removable. But if the CP100 is used with a SA5, the SA5 will take the CP50 Power supply.

Actually of all the supplies that Dolby has built the CP-100 supply is the best. Its a boat anchor brute regulator type that follows in the steps of the Eveready Bunny.
Later CP-50 supplies were also very stable but they did have trouble with some early ones. I seem to remember that bridge rectifiers went bad in those.

Actually, those European-size fuses have become pretty standard now; you can even get them at Radio Shack (although I shutter at typing that name.)They are often refered to by their size, "5mm" They were orginally designed to an IEC standard (IEC 127) but manufacturers make slightly different versions that are cheaper, or for special applications.
