Sorry! I posted a reply which may not have shown up.Anyway here goes again "Here in the northeast,people have many theaters to choose from;many with stadium seating and many without it.There are also a number of cinema pubs where patrons sit at tables. Cinemark and AMC had a situation like this just a couple of months ago.The case against them was dropped. This one most likely will be also.I agree that people with a handicap have a right to see a movie too!But it doesn't have to be in a stadium styled theater!------------------

If you are taken to a screen that says "thank you for posting, etc", then it DID post. Yet another fabulous Microsoft Internet Explorer feature making people think that their post did not go through. (Gotta hit that IE refresh button.) 
If anyone can use Netscape for browsing the forums, it is HIGHLY recommended. Internet Explorer is particularly bad for interactive web surfing. You can download it for free at www.netscape.com
