P.S. I want a new upgrade that tells the system not to scan all drives and drop out of digital when you open the C drive to change out the trailer disk.

On the P.S. idea, if that is implemented, hopefully it won't matter which drive is ejected. I always run the trailer discs in drive B for two reasons. #1 it is easier to move movie discs around when they are in drives A and C since they are side by side. #2 when the drives do go out, drive C is the easiest to change, drive A is the next easiest to change and drive B is the most time consuming drive to change. For this reason, I always run single disc movies in drive C, double disc in drives A and B and always put the least amount of hours on drive B. After all, the system doesn't care which disc is in which drive.
In regards to changing the software to allow you to change a disc in the "C" drive and not interrupt play, unfortunately that is too complicated to make work. When the DTS unit is playing and any drive is interrupted or opened, the drive software (provided by the manufacturer) sends a message to the player's EXE software that a fault has occurred.
The other concerm (still on "C" drive) is that the new files on the trailer disc would not be recognized until the player is rebooted. That is one safety feature we must retain.

Could you please elaborate on what the upgrade disc is intended to correct? Which units does it affect? What are the symptoms?
Thanks!
V1.04 upgrade also fixes a few software bugs such as a R14 problem where we found the unit would not play a DTS feature after playing DTS trailers. (R14 is used exclusively for trailers).
