Hi Scott, I just want to say THANK YOU! I received the refund today, again I want to say it was a very gratious thing! I did get the unit working! The front panel is still curved though! (It should be OK for what I'll use it for) It's going into my test bench rack for soundhead testing! Take care! and beware of the USPS Gorillas out there!!And of course, if the insurance claim falls through, let me know!!! Thanks again! John
