Howdy guys,

has anyone had any luck getting panalogic's software to run in windows 2000? was trying to download the user programmed shows from a panalogic automation system and could not get the serial connection to work at all.

Check your settings for the serial port being used and also is your cable correct some apps require a null modem others a straight through cable
Also I believe there is a dongle for the software required
Ray Derrick posts regularly so if he doesn't reply search for his email

We are working on a new Windows 2000 compliant version of Panamation at the moment. It should be available for download from the panalogic.com website from the second week of December.
