"Technicolor Sees Red Over Piracy Accusations

Technicolor said Wednesday that it did not expect its relationship with the motion picture industry to be affected by accusations by a group of music companies that it illegally copied compact discs. As today's (Thursday) Wall Street Journal observed, several of the music companies are corporate siblings of Technicolor's biggest customers. In a lawsuit, they complained that Technicolor had engaged in "large-scale and continuing infringement of plaintiffs' copyrighted sound recordings."
