Guys, I just installed a new (well, ... ex trade-show) unit into one of my cinemas .... finished all b-chain, then went to throw a couple of DTS discs in ....... re-boot ... re-boot .... re-boot 
As soon as the disc on tray A spins up, and is read .. the unit re-boots .. over & over again
Has this happened to anyone else? Does it need a software update? (Having only just bought it, you wouldn't think so)

Actually .... just opening and closing any of the CD trays causes it to re-boot

You might want to make sure your show disc is good. While the player's BIOS is in firmware, the operating program is booted from the show CD.>>> Phil

Check all the internal cards and make sure they are seated properly. Check the main power plug in the back and make sure it is pushed all the way in.

Don't forget to check the power supply, too....

Make sure the air vents on the power supply are clean and unobstructed. Check the fan to be sure it's spinning.

It almost sounds power supply related. Be sure that it is not seeing something on the disk it doesnt like. Could it also be that the drive "A" is bad, since the machine reboots right after it begins to read the disk?Josh

There were some issues with the SCSI card in some of the early units
