Use the screw thats on the arm of the payout i think it may be a 1/4 allen screw if im correct. That if it the same as mine. What kind of platters do you have.

The old style payout head or "tear drop" shaped uses a 1/4" allen but the new style or polyester head uses a 5/32" allen.
Start by getting a middle reference for the payout arm. While holding the payout arm still and using an allen wrench, turn the screw clockwise until the platter deck starts to move. Then slightly turn the screw counter-clockwise and you should be all set.
Most of the adjustments are made by the two blue potentiometers connected to the take-up circuit boards under the decks. The (P2) pot is the high speed adjustment while the (P3) pot is the low speed.
