Hi everyoneI saw Star Wars in three different theaters, all time in DTS.
I had the feeling that after reel 4 (the intermission in Italy) the volume level raised drastically. I saw one of the show at 7.0. Very good for reel 1-4 but too loud for reel 4-7. I would lower the volume of the second part at least of .5.
I can exclude volume change or drop in DD or similar, at least in two of the show.
It is just my imagination or what?

You have an intermission in Star Wars? The film is not very long, why interrupt it?

Joe,In Italy we use to split the movie into two parts. Not all theaters but most. Usually (sob!) to sell more food... 
Distributor put an "intermission" leader into EVERY movie.

6.5 is fine in my cinema, the dialogue is recorded very quiet in some scene's, any lower than 6.5 I think when a full house with popcorn noise etc, the dialogue would be hard to hear clear.
The effects are very loud and the seats shake well! Any louder than 6.5 in my cinema, the effects would be over powering. But each cinema is different and its up to the technical staff to know there site well enought to gauge the perfect level for all film shown there.
