Are the sound head adapters of the Simplex LL-1 and LL-2 interchangable?

OK, I'll answer my own post, just in case someone was curious about the same question. I was able to get a rough measurement of the adapter on the LL-2, and compare it with an adapter on the LL-1.
I could not actually swap them, but according to the measurements of the bolt-up pattern, it looks as though it *might* interchange.

From a 1955 NTS soundhead adaptor chart both the heavy duty LL-1 & LL-2 bases as well as the medium duty LL-3 base use the same soundhead mounts.
