I have one that does it. The manual documentation is so poor it does not address that adjustment. I don't want to tear into that thing and make adjustments unless I have some idea about what I am doing.

I might add the frame nkob does turn very easyly, too easy in fact.

Any suggestions?

While looking in on the backside of the unit, have someone turn the framing control up and down. You will see where the framing shaft is geared and there are 2 allen head bolts you can tighten to prevent this, or lock the framers down completely.
