If there is enough demand, we can make them. The real cost is in the plastic cores for 70mm. The first core for tooling and the mold is EXTREMELY expensive. After that, it's just a regular order part. If there is enough demand for 70mm media, we will certainly make it.In the meantime, I generally point people to Kelmar's or Neumade's media, as they both make 70mm width and recommend a homemade coupling core. (These can be made with a sharply pointed knife and a few failed attempts out of cardboard cores.)

Question: What about 70MM that has mag track on it? I would think that filmguard would screw with head to tape contact. Has anyone tried this?

No it does not cause problems, it actually helps the mag track GREATLY. Countless miles and miles of 70mm magnetic film have been ran hundreds and hundreds of time with FilmGuard at Northpark with no degredation (which can't be said for running dry).
