It seems like the kids working on the floor are the only one's who have incentive programs... We'd like to award our projection staff for doing a nice job.

Who out there has some good ideas? What does everyone else do?

P.S. for those with perfectly attentive projectionists, don't rub it in. thanks

Promotional items from trade shows, distributors, and vendors are always welcome. Maybe offer to send the most deserving employee to a trade show like ShoWest or ShowEast? Or a sent to a training program to learn new skills? For example:

The idea of going to Booth related conventions sounds nice an' all, but I'll be happy with my cinema's incentive next year, cash!

Although I hope they don't expect me to be grateful that I'm finally getting the pay my job deserves.

It's not that I need to have an incentive to work well in booth, as Jesse Skeen said, being in booth is almost reward enough. Recently though, I've had to think about whether I can afford to stay where I am. A 10-15 pence raise every year isn't an attractive reason to stay where I am for the next 5, 10, or 20 years.

Ooh, I'm in a depressing mood tonight, I should get some sleep .
