Can't seem to find this information anywhere.

What are the audio specs for standard 5-perf 70mm Dolby 6-track mag-striped prints? Frequency response, dynamic range, distortion, that kind of stuff. Would like info for both Dolby A and Dolby SR if possible.

Also, what is the effective linear speed of 5-perf 70mm in inches per second?

Thanks for any info.

70mm 5-perf...22.4ips. Frequency response is as good as your heads (record and playback).

For references, check with the SMPTE. There are RP-128, EG-13 and ANSI/SMPTE 185 that all deal with 70mm audio.
