If I wanted to make a plate for a Scope print what would be the dimesions and what other factors are involved?

Standard SMPTE 195 specifies the projectable image area for all the commonly used 35mm print formats.

For "scope", the projectable area is 0.825 x 0.690 inches. When filing an aperture, the image area is evaluated using the SMPTE 35-PA (RP40) projector alignment film.

I had a spare "FLAT" plate that I filed into a "SCOPE" plate.
