I have a question on adjusting the Christie M-35GP changeover. There is the one set screw for adjusting where the blade bottums out, I can get that just fine. But how do you keep the blade from falling a little bit after it goes up? It seems whenever the changeover opens the blade will fall back down just enough to be noticable on screen. My service tech described to me over the phone where there was another adjustment to tighten up the blade so it wouldn't fall down like that, but it was a while ago and I can't remember.Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Be careful not to remove the screw or else the spring and ball will fall out and get lost. Last week I had to dissect two P35 changeovers and they can be a real pain to get adjusted just right. Too much tension on the screw will also not allow the shutter to close all the way. You have to find a happy compromise on this screw's tension. What ever you do, don't loose the spring and ball! Remember these "Digital Ready" Springs and Balls are only available through Christie dealers!

Just to clarify since the pic is sorta small, #14 is in the upper left correct?

Yes Aldo, That is correct. Also, there is a grove machined in the armature(sliding shaft)of the changeover that the ball drops into to lock the C/O in the open position.
